No. Results are needed not process. Process has had its day and process consumed trillions to produce…millions.

We the military need materials. We need munitions for example rather desperately. We need stuff not institutions. We don’t need to focus on institutions or “asking the right questions” as that is certain failure to do anything but ask more questions and waste more time. We understand this, SecWar understands this, the program is results, not “process” , not “getting it right” which means NEVER.

“Things change” why yes, what must change is no more changes upon changes and behold the Valley of Death, cancellation and not to worry the “Next Generation” will solve the problem. NO.

We have played this process game for decades and it’s over.

Results and buying what exists now is the shift.

The institutional reform needed by the way would be on the order of Stalin’s Reforms of 1936-1938, which seems less irrational or excessive the longer debate goes on.
